Banana Ice Cream

Ice cream made from one ingredient–bananas. Has anyone tried this? Looks delicious! Step-by-step directions right here.

Yes! I’ve been eating banana ice cream since I was little. We would put frozen banana’s through the juicer, place the ” banana cream” in the blender along with soymilk and chocolate chips, blend…and BAM! You’ve got yourself a homemade (healthier) blizzard. I will definitely continue the tradition with my kids.

Hi! I live in Vermont with my husband Joe and our four daughters: 11, 9, 6, and 3.

Writing on this blog is fluid. In an effort to just keep going I try to publish things before they feel ready or perfect, and I often come back and edit them again, later on. Its primary purpose is a way to engage with others on topics that otherwise swirl about in my mind in a lonely way. I spend most of my time homeschooling and learning alongside the girls.
